when can I book a fitting?

If you aren’t available during the working week we offer evening and weekend appointments.

How do you provide appointments?

We offer face-to-face and online appointments using Microsoft Teams for your convenience and guide you through taking measurements and going through design ideas or alteration requirements.

Do you need to meet a client?

No, this isn’t always necessary because we can have a full consultation online without the need to travel or visit us. We take orders from across the UK.

Can you Do clothing alterations With a short deadline?

Our order turnaround for regular alterations is 3 days to a week. For urgent jobs, we can offer an express service. Please note this may incur a higher charge if we are very busy.

Do you insure deliveries?

Yes, we always ensure orders are sent fully insured and signed for by DPD.

do you arrange collection and delivery?

Yes, we will send you an email with a label and dispatch note to print off, if you don’t have a printer all you need to do is securely package your clothing ready for collection. You’ll be emailed a collection/delivery window normally of 2 hours.

Do you provide fabric samples?

Yes, we help you choose the right fabric and send out free samples.

What do I need to wear for a fitting?

You need to wear the correct supportive underwear and bring the right shoes with the correct heel height.

how long does a fitting last?

Appointments normally take around an hour but depending on complexity can take longer.

when do I pay for clothing alterations?

You can pay on collection or before dispatch with invoices and receipts sent via email. We accept cash and card payments.

Do you charge a deposit for dressmaking and tailoring?

Yes, we do charge an initial invoice for fabrics and staged payments depending on the complexity of the project.
